القضاء الإدارى يلغى قرار فصل 12 طالبة بجامعة الأزهر ببنى سويف Dec 25th 2013, 12:22 ألغت محكمة القضاء الإدارى بمجلس الدولة دائرة بنى سويف قرار مجلس تأديب عقد بكلية الدراسات الإسلامية ببنى سويف بفصل 12 طالبة، ومنعهم من دخول الامتحانات لمشاركتهم فى مظاهرات داخل الحرم الجامعى وأكدت المحكمة أحقيتهم فى دخول الامتحان.
