محمد سلماوى: "الحقوق والحريات" أقرت مادة الحق فى الحصول على المعلومات Sep 30th 2013, 12:53 أعلن محمد سلماوى، المتحدث باسم لجنة تعديل الدستور، أن لجنة الحقوق والحريات أقرت مادة خاصة بحق المواطنين فى الحصول على المعلومات. وقال سلماوى، فى مؤتمر صحفى عقده بمقر مجلس الشورى اليوم، الاثنين، إن المادة وضعت نظاما لمحاسبة الجهة التى تمتنع عن تقديم المعلومات، وفرقت بينها وبين الوثائق التاريخية.
