شلل مرورى أعلى "الدائرى" .. وتكدس الركاب بالمحطات Aug 27th 2013, 08:35 شهد الطريق الدائرى، صباح اليوم الثلاثاء، حالة من الشلل المرورى التام، فى الاتجاهين القادم من وإلى طريق الإسكندرية الزراعى. وقد أدت حالة الشلل إلى تكدس الركاب على المحطات الرئيسية فى انتظار وسيلة مواصلا تقلهم إلى أماكن عملهم.
